Clayton Adler, Managing Partner
Clayton has been a leader in practice management consulting since 2004, serving as Vice President of a prominent dental consulting firm focused on the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. In 2020, Clayton expanded his team’s consulting and training services nationwide, founding Evolve Management Experts, a premier consultancy specializing in dental practice optimization across the United States and Canada.
A popular speaker, Clayton has conducted over 800 seminars and lectures for dental societies, study clubs, and alumni groups around the country.
Over the last 22 years he has worked with over 1200 practices and has encountered just about every practice problem and management situation you can imagine. He prides himself on helping practices expand rapidly with greater efficiency.
Clayton can confidently say in the areas of staff management, patient management, and new patient acquisition he knows what works in today’s world and what does not work.
Steve Evans, Practice Consultant
Steve’s professional career began in the early ‘90s in the United Kingdom where he worked for Britain’s leading Telecommunications Company as a top executive. Upon moving to the United States in 1998, Steve took his management skills into the field of business coaching and consulting.
Over the past 28 years Steve has worked with 800 different healthcare practices and businesses.
Since 2011, he has worked exclusively with dentists and dental specialists which now comprise 95% of his client base. His clients range from startup dental practices to multi-specialty dental groups producing $1,000,000+ a month.
He specializes in every aspect of practice management, for both large and small practices, especially staff management, internal marketing, overhead control, patient management systems, collections, profit management and more.
Steve’s practice philosophy is: “There is no growth barrier that does not have a solution. I love helping practice owners find the solutions.”
As a result, his clients average an increase of 29-37% in Collections their first year on the program.
Michael Graves, Practice Consultant
Mike began his consulting career in the healthcare industry in 1984. Over the past four decades, he has worked with more than 2,000 practices across the United States. Since 2004, Mike has worked closely with Clayton at their previous consulting firm, where they partnered in helping practice owners achieve exponential growth and success. As a seasoned dental consultant, he now brings his deep expertise and proven approach to Evolve, continuing the partnership with Clayton under a new banner.
Mike’s consulting philosophy is straightforward: “There’s no such thing as an unfixable practice problem. Often, the bigger the mess, the simpler the fix once you know where to look.”
He sees each client relationship not just as a project, but as a shared mission. “When clients come to us, they bring their goals and trust us to help them achieve them. That’s more than a job. It’s a responsibility and a privilege.”
