Evolve delivers a customized consulting and training program that is specific to your goals, strengths/weaknesses, staff complement, and office size. No cookie-cutter advice or robotic scripts here!

Evolve Consulting Programs range from month to month to one year in duration depending on your specific needs and goals.

What’s Included 

1. Consulting Meetings

Two meetings each month will occur between you and your consultant, or between the consultant and key staff (e.g. staff training). The consultation meetings typically last 1-2 hours each.

We will also arrange additional consulting meetings and training sessions, as needed, based on progress, at no extra cost!

2. In-Office Visits

Based on your specific needs, your program can include in-office consulting visits. The consultant will work with you in your practice one-on-one to improve your management skills and plan your action steps. The consultant will also work with your team delivering training sessions, performance evaluations, workshops, systems checks/implementation, drilling, and observations.

3. Action Plans

As a result of each consulting meeting, your consultant will create a written action plan to improve the situation and accomplish the target. An action plan consists of five-seven doable steps that you will accomplish before your next consulting meeting. These action steps are designed to help you create the most amount of improvement with the time you have available. 

You will get trained on the skills and systems needed to complete each action plan. We always ensure you are in total agreement with your consulting plans and have total confidence in your ability to do each step. 

Your consultant will help you implement each step and will resolve any problems that may arise to prevent the action plan steps from being carried out. 

4. Staff Training Sessions

In addition to your bi-weekly consulting meetings, your Evolve consultant can deliver staff training sessions or group workshops.

Staff Training sessions run 1-2 hours each and include step-by-step guidelines that are easy to follow.

Topics include:

  • Productive Scheduling

  • Treatment Presentation and Acceptance

  • How to Handle Difficult Patients

  • Interoffice Communication

  • Professional Customer Service

  • Teamwork

5. Telephone Consulting

You and your consultant will discuss your progress by telephone each week. During consulting calls, you and your consultant will review your statistics, your current issues and any difficulties you are facing with implementation of your solutions.

Nothing is more effective than frequent interaction with you to ensure you are getting the most help and the best advice possible.

6. Unlimited Assistance

Our program includes unlimited assistance and fast responses to any problems or questions you encounter.

You may call or text your consultant at any time, for any reason, day or night.

7. Guidelines and Material

Throughout the program and as part of certain action steps you will receive step-by-step guidelines and applicable material . You will also receive training material compiled specifically for you based on projects.

8. Implementation

Evolve’s program is designed to allow for successful implementation of the necessary solutions. We break each action plan down into doable “bite-size” steps allowing even the most overwhelmed time-constricted doctor to win and succeed.

Your consultant will help you determine your best strategy, provide you with the step-by-step actions plans, follow up, tracks results, and persist until the expected results are achieved.

9. Statistical Management

An essential part of your Evolve consulting is to carefully track your statistical changes. We do this with a weekly reporting line from your office to your consultant. Your consultant will gather your weekly new patients, production and collections.

Additional statistics may be needed on a temporary or permanent basis, such as production breakdowns of individual providers, over-the-counter collections, numbers of new patient from individual sources like referrals or web presence, etc.

Your consultant can then put your stats on a graph to see the correlations. 

The trend of your statistics acts as a planning guide. For example, when a statistic is rising, you find and strengthen the causes of the rise; you do not make big changes. However, when a statistic is dropping, you must make changes to quickly reverse the downtrend.

10. Quality Control

Evolve’s Consulting Supervisor will oversee the consulting meeting plans for quality control and client satisfaction. He is always available to you by phone or email, if ever needed.
